Αφού είδα και απο κοντά τους Παγκόσμιους της Mugen και έχοντας μια ΕλληνοΚυπριακή συμμετοχή στον τελικό του NitroCross, οπότε και εντυπωσιάζοντας τα μεγάλα κεφάλια της Mugen, πέτυχα συμφωνία με την Mugen Ευρώπης για να φέρουμε επίσημα και με πλήρη υποστήριξη τα προιόντα της Mugen στο Κυπριακό έδαφος. Επίσης έχουμε στα σκαριά ακόμα 2 μεγάλες εκπλήξεις.

Report by Stelios Procopiou: The Cyprus 1/8 Off Road Champs are over for 2009. After eight events in two technical tracks and an international Israel-Cyprus race, it was Team XRAY that took the spoils with Costas Agrafiotis driving an XB808, gaining 1st place overall for the second year in a row.

Most of the rounds were winners and most had a nicely-fought Pole Position. So it was another good year in Cyprus for the XRAY team of J&S Radiocontrol. Also the 2nd place overall went to another XRAY driver, Christoforou, and many more cars were around the top. Most important was that new and older drivers join the winning team all the time!

The XB808 helped Costas Agrafiotis to get:

• Main Final in the Euros B in France
• Main Final at the Astra NitroCross in Czech Republic
• Main Final at the German Masters in Frankfurt
• 1/2 final in the Euros A WarmUp in Crete
• 1/4 final in the Euros A in Crete
